About The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Lead Analyst to join our GTM Strategy & Analytics team within Revenue Operations. Reporting directly to our VP of Revenue Operations, this role will focus on supporting our Revenue leaders with operational insights and data-backed planning across forecasting, pipeline, territories, quotas, headcount, compensation, and business performance.

You want ownership and rapid growth. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get projects implemented and make things work. You are a talented analyst, at home diving into data for insights and also project managing cross-functionally with senior stakeholders. You’ll serve as a strategic thought partner to senior Revenue leadership, delivering proactive reporting and decision-making support across critical areas of the go-to-market strategy. This role is the perfect fit for someone who thrives in complex data environments, knows how to drive clarity through ambiguity, and is passionate about turning insights into action.

Compensation
Our national target base salary range is $100,000-$125,000, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
