Beverage Operations Specialist - Food and Beverage Admin - Full Time


The Beverage Coordinator provides vital support to the Beverage department by handling a wide range of administrative, clerical and operational tasks. This role ensures the smooth coordination of scheduling, documentation, reporting, 
communication with vendors, and compliance related paperwork. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and communications across hotel and casino departments.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, mail distribution and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain and organize beverage department files, records and documentation such as performance and attendance documentation for the team members. 
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings/Step 1as for the Director of Beverage and F&B Director.
  • Ensures the seamless operation of tracking all Beverage Team Members attendance records, as well as time keeping, and track departmental deadlines. 
  • Maintain and update records of all LOA’s for the department.
  • Create any necessary discipline/write up documentation for management to issue by following the Union contract in a timely manner. 
  • Prepare, format and distribute memos, correspondence and other documents.
  • Maintain payroll (UKG) daily for the beverage department, transfer labor if needed to the appropriate outlets. 
  • Maintain and track variance policy and standards and create any necessary documents for management if needed to issue to the team members. 
  • Coordinate with IT for team member’s access. 
  • Coordinate with Facilities/Lock Shop for staff access badges and restricted area permissions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role; hospitality or gaming industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with executives, team members, vendors, and guests.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and property management or gaming systems (e.g., Stratton Warren) is a plus.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and communications.
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing system is preferred (e.g. Stratton Warren)
  • Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel to/from work and on-site attendance to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Must have flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or special events as needed.

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role is $40,500- $52,600 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
