Responsibilities
- Support U.S. business legal needs including product development, licensing, government agency relations, corporate governance, contract negotiation, litigation, regulatory, and compliance.
- Analyze and advise on legal risks of digital assets and related products.
- Collaborate with compliance in licensing and internal policies execution.
- Work closely with product and business teams to develop innovative crypto products.
- Manage corporate governance activities and assist with board and shareholder matters.
- Oversee strategic partnerships to support business objectives.
- Handle legal inquiries company-wide and advise on legal risks and strategy.
Education
- Active membership in U.S. state bar (CA or NY preferred).
- Strong academic credentials in law.
