Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain contract templates including customer agreements and non-disclosure agreements
- Implement best practices for contract execution and management across all company contracts
- Facilitate contract negotiation and execution in collaboration with sales and finance
- Manage vendor forms and legal documents required by customers
- Register Raptor with state and local agencies and maintain registrations
- Apply for, renew, and update contracts with joint purchasing associations/cooperatives
- Catalog and store contracts using contract management software
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Law degree strongly preferred
