Account Group Supervisor

DDB Health is a bold, creative healthcare communications agency dedicated to advancing health through innovative solutions and strategic insights. They are seeking an experienced Account Group Supervisor with a strong pharma or healthcare advertising background to lead client relationships and brand strategy in a dynamic hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for assigned brand accounts internally and with clients
  • Manage multiple brand projects with strategic oversight and flawless execution
  • Collaborate across departments to maximize agency value for clients
  • Provide strategic recommendations with a 'big picture' view of brand and business
  • Contribute to long-term brand vision both internally and with clients
  • Guide clients through brand development and planning processes
  • Manage client and internal expectations to maintain positive relationships
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor and represent client interests effectively
  • Problem-solve discrepancies proactively to avoid escalation
  • Maintain updated knowledge of brands, therapeutic areas, and competitive landscape
  • Analyze market research and communicate strategic insights
  • Ensure all work meets strategic and quality standards
  • Present account updates and strategies to internal teams and clients
  • Mentor junior staff and lead brainstorming sessions
  • Evaluate creative work for alignment with brand strategy and briefs
  • Uphold agency/client policies and seamless process execution
  • Model core company values and undertake necessary client travel

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Science, or related field
