Responsibilities
- Support and execute onsite events and workshops ensuring high-quality attendee experience.
- Assist in planning and execution of regional field marketing programs including logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and external vendors for campaign execution.
- Develop program briefs and clear communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation to scale event operations.
- Monitor and report on program metrics such as registration, attendance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Assist with budget planning and vendor coordination including venue, catering, signage, and swag.
