In Motion Design Inc. is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee and execute strategic marketing efforts across multiple brands. This person will create and manage marketing plans, monitor performance, support e-commerce initiatives, and guide content across social channels in collaboration with our creative and web teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, loves brand building, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage social media strategies across all brands and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
· Create monthly content calendars and campaign timelines
· Monitor metrics and engagement trends, analyze data, and recommend optimizations
· Collaborate with in-house web developer to ensure all brand websites are up to date
· Work closely with the social media coordinator on visual content and posting schedules
· Create email marketing campaigns and support e-commerce goals
· Stay on top of platform updates, SEO best practices, and marketing trends
· Collaborate with creative leads to follow brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency
· Coordinate occasional photoshoots or product launch support with creative team
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
· Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics, and trends
· Comfortable with project management, multitasking, and working cross-functionally
· Strong communication, copywriting, and branding skills
· Familiarity with website CMS platforms (Shopify, Webflow, or WordPress a plus)
· Knowledge of Figma or basic understanding of UI/UX design
· Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
· Bonus: Email marketing experience, Canva or Adobe skills, light photo editing
