Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between GTM teams and Product for Microsoft Dynamics 365 enhancements.
- Administer Dynamics 365 user setup and role management.
- Own and manage GTM platforms including Gong, Sales Navigator, and sales enablement tools.
- Troubleshoot and optimize GTM systems and processes.
- Support HubSpot workflows and integrations with marketing and demand generation teams.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve team productivity.
- Develop training materials and documentation for GTM system usage.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT for delivering system enhancements and integrations.
- Maintain data consistency and governance across platforms.
- Manage roadmap priorities for GTM tooling and align stakeholders.
- Create and maintain GTM workflow documentation and SOPs.
- Collaborate on reporting dashboards and monitor system adoption metrics.
- Stay updated on system releases and industry best practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
