Director of Service Delivery

As our Director of Client Service Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention. Each day, you will be expected to drive client satisfaction by optimizing service delivery processes and leading initiatives that uphold the highest standards of service excellence. To excel in this position, you should be a high-performing individual with extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare management, particularly with a focus on service delivery.

Here’s What You Can Expect

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the client service delivery team to achieve performance goals.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Proactively address and resolve client issues and complaints to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on technology and proficiency in working with EPIC.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in service delivery.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution with an emphasis on service optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $112,718.72 - $187,269.24 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
