Responsibilities
- Research, write, and update product documentation including user guides, API docs, FAQs, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX, Technology, and business teams to ensure content accuracy and completeness.
- Create and manage developer portals, help centers, and onboarding materials.
- Translate complex fintech and regulatory concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Incorporate visuals such as diagrams and charts to enhance documentation.
- Maintain version control and ensure documentation consistency.
- Participate in documentation planning, review, and content strategy.
- Organize content for scalable, searchable formats.
- Continuously improve documentation processes and information architecture.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
