- Experience with multi-entity accounting and tax compliance

- Familiarity with AI tools to improve finance operations
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Own accounts payable and spend management with GL reviews and compliance
- Support financial reporting across multiple entities including investor reporting and audit preparation
- Oversee payroll accounting and related reconciliations for various payroll providers
- Manage tax and compliance workflows including filings and registrations
- Support sales and telecom tax operations and maintain tax estimates
- Drive improvements in accounting systems, tools, and workflows
- Assist with technical accounting research, policy documentation, and audit memos
- Lead strategic projects like AI tooling, data cleanup, and ERP readiness
- Own revenue recognition and enhance billing operations with Stripe
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
