Responsibilities
- Manage customer acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple paid channels including Paid Search, YouTube, display, streaming, affiliate, and OTT.
- Identify and experiment with new scalable marketing channels such as programmatic and native advertising.
- Optimize existing digital campaigns and scale successful strategies while launching new growth tactics.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets daily to meet ROAS and CPA targets.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain agency/vendor relationships ensuring efficient campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and technical teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Evaluate creative assets and coordinate with creative teams to develop promotional content.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
