Responsibilities
- Lead US Demand Generation with ownership of pipeline creation across ENT and SMB segments.
- Build and scale a comprehensive campaign calendar across multiple marketing channels.
- Drive demand through inbound, high-intent conversion paths, and ABM programs alongside Sales.
- Track, analyze, and optimize demand generation performance for ROI.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing to enhance campaign impact.
- Oversee in-person and online event execution aligned with demand goals.
- Manage budget, team, and agency resources effectively.
- Foster a values-driven culture emphasizing empathy, transparency, and collaboration.
- Promote wellbeing and work-life balance within the team.
Education
