Senior Director of Demand Generation

Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform committed to making every company a wellness company through innovative employee wellbeing solutions. They seek a Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead the US demand generation efforts, fostering pipeline growth and partnering closely with Sales to achieve revenue goals in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in B2B demand generation within SaaS or tech environments.
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing, multi-touch attribution, and revenue impact.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and performance reporting systems.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and sales-aligned marketing motions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with Sales and Product Marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven optimization skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead US Demand Generation with ownership of pipeline creation across ENT and SMB segments.
  • Build and scale a comprehensive campaign calendar across multiple marketing channels.
  • Drive demand through inbound, high-intent conversion paths, and ABM programs alongside Sales.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize demand generation performance for ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to enhance campaign impact.
  • Oversee in-person and online event execution aligned with demand goals.
  • Manage budget, team, and agency resources effectively.
  • Foster a values-driven culture emphasizing empathy, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Promote wellbeing and work-life balance within the team.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
