Talent Acquisition Specialist - Clinician Recruitment (OT, PT, SLP)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of recruiting top-tier clinical talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists for home health positions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
- Partner with clinical leadership and HR to understand staffing needs, priorities, and growth goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active clinical candidates using various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, schools, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and assist with reporting.
- Represent Paradigm at job fairs, networking events, and virtual outreach campaigns.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that aligns with our mission and culture.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or clinical recruitment preferred)
- Strong understanding of allied health roles, especially OT, PT, and SLP
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS systems
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
