Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment projects for robotics systems, ensuring timely delivery across customer sites.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
- Engage with customers to understand needs, manage risks, and ensure project scope fulfillment.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal stakeholders for aligned deployment efforts.
- Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies proactively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation as the single source of truth.
- Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering leadership for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Administer Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) events.
- Identify process issues and propose remediation solutions.
- Ensure successful delivery and deployment of robotics systems at customer sites.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Project Management, or related field.
