Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts focusing on risk, profitability, and financial controls related to factoring and asset-based lending services.
- Maintain complete knowledge of clients’ financial condition, management performance, and industry trends to mitigate losses.
- Ensure all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved structures.
- Achieve profit objectives from each client arrangement.
- Document all client relationships with approved legal documentation.
- Resolve service issues, control operational costs, and prevent client loss to competitors.
- Suggest policy and procedure improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Operate within individual budget to manage expenses.
- Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management approval.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
