Customer Success Engineer

Pave is a compensation software company leveraging AI and machine learning to provide real-time, predictive compensation data. They seek a Customer Success Engineer to manage and onboard customers ensuring successful adoption and ongoing value realization of their platform.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful implementation projects of Pave's compensation software collaborating with HR and Finance leaders.
  • Manage end-to-end customer projects including planning, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to solve complex compensation challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to surface customer needs and improve the platform.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred but unspecified.
