HR Generalist – Platinum Dental Services

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing dental
organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human
resources while learning the ins and outs of supporting a multi-location dental team. The HR
Generalist will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee file management, and day-to-day
HR operations under the guidance of senior HR team members.
Key Responsibilities
Help facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed correctly (I-9s, W-4s, licenses,
etc.).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HRIS data.
Help prepare reports or documentation as requested.
Respond to basic HR questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Direct more complex issues to appropriate team members.
Support the coordination of employee engagement and recognition programs.
Ensure documents and processes comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and employment laws.
Assist with distributing updated HR policies and procedures.
Participate in internal audits and preparation for external reviews.
Take on special projects to support HR initiatives and learn HR operations.
