Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for Strategic Accounts, including Fortune 100 companies.
- Manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), conduct business reviews, manage renewals, and drive upsells.
- Represent PriceSpider’s vision, mission, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and media.
- Develop and deliver presentations, keynotes, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content strategies, and social media initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer sentiment.
- Attend and facilitate engagement at industry conferences and events.
- Provide strategic guidance for Go-to-market enablement in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field required.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
