Responsibilities
- Design and build POCs and MVPs to demonstrate product capabilities during sales cycles.
- Lead live-building demo sessions tailored to customer use cases.
- Deliver dynamic and outcome-driven product demos.
- Conduct technical discovery calls to identify customer needs and automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable no-code workflow designs.
- Build integrations using Zapier, Power Automate, and API/webhooks.
- Advise and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and customers during pre-sales engagements.
- Provide product and engineering feedback to shape the roadmap.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
