- Strong writing and presentation skills

- Experience with measurement and monitoring tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Signal AI, Cision)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Interest or experience in AI and Generative AI applications
- Ability to build strong client and internal team relationships
- Experience in primary research such as surveys and focus groups
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in integrated client teams to ground communications and campaign strategies in data and insights
- Serve as the primary client contact and trusted team lead on deliverables and initiatives
- Lead internal coordination ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Write, edit, and review reports, surveys, analyses, and client recommendations
- Monitor media conversations and prepare reports
- Stay current on emerging data & analytics and industry trends
- Produce client-ready written and verbal communications
- Contribute to firm-wide upskilling and knowledge sharing
