Responsibilities
- Secure media opportunities including embargoed exclusives around strategic announcements
- Assist with client media preparation sessions
- Maintain strong relationships with reporters covering client transactions
- Draft first versions of press releases, memos, FAQs, and investor presentations
- Learn clients’ businesses and communication disciplines quickly
- Monitor and analyze trends affecting M&A activity
- Manage project tracking and reporting
- Monitor SEC and legal filings
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
