Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 global trade shows and product launches annually with budgets up to $1M.
- Lead planning meetings across various time zones coordinating with marketing, product teams, and vendors.
- Oversee timelines and deliverables ensuring deadlines are met for logistics, creative, and marketing teams.
- Manage show budgets, invoice reconciliation, and expense tracking.
- Prepare event overview presentations, staff scheduling and coordinate staff training.
- Collaborate with exhibit vendors to optimize booth property use and manage logistics such as drayage, electric, and shipping.
- Procure and coordinate global third-party vendors including decorators, A/V, catering, and labor unions.
- Travel to and manage on-site setup, show support, breakdown, and related event activities.
- Manage ancillary events and hospitality programs as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
