Skills
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery architectures and cyber recovery workflows.
- Hands-on experience with backup, snapshot, replication, and orchestration software.
- Familiarity with mission-critical workload recovery including databases, virtualization, and containers.
- Knowledge of ransomware attack vectors and recovery techniques.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise IT and infrastructure teams to understand recovery needs and pain points.
- Convert customer feedback and support escalations into actionable product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Develop technical collateral such as recovery playbooks and best practices.
- Advocate and present data protection solutions at conferences, webinars, and customer events.
- Collaborate with partners and engineers on integrating recovery workflows across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and customer empathy.
- Navigate customer-critical incidents to triage and resolve issues.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field or equivalent industry experience.
