Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cloud applications, API platforms, front-end, and Salesforce engineering teams.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Cloud Apps with seamless Salesforce integration.
- Oversee development of front-end applications supporting CPQ and GTM systems focusing on performance and usability.
- Manage Salesforce components including Apex and Lightning Web Components development and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product, Business Systems, and engineering teams to align priorities and deliver solutions.
- Ensure engineering excellence with code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Drive hiring, mentoring, and career development of distributed engineering teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging cloud and CRM technologies to integrate best practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
