Implementation Support Technician

Q-Centrix is a leading provider of clinical data management solutions for acute care hospitals, focused on delivering high-quality clinical data to improve healthcare outcomes. They seek an Implementation Support Technician to support the implementation lifecycle of clinical data solutions by coordinating access, optimizing workflows, and providing technical support to healthcare partners.

Skills

  • Experience with healthcare systems, clinical data workflows, or IT support in healthcare.
  • Technical aptitude with tools including Salesforce, SFTP, and system administration utilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills focused on proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to document complex processes into clear, accessible instructions.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup and configuration of partner environments including coordinating user access and establishing data connections.
  • Manage timely setup, modification, and cleanup of system access, user profiles, and permissions to ensure data security.
  • Provide technical support for clinical data systems, EMRs, software integrations, and network access during implementation.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Client Access Team, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and resolve challenges.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for implementation support processes and standardize best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying workflow optimization opportunities and helping formalize new processes.
  • Support training efforts by sharing technical knowledge and onboarding best practices with teams and partners.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
