Key Responsibilities
As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing agendas for client meetings
- Coordinating and tracking post-meeting follow-up tasks
- Collaborating with internal teams to move action items forward
- Learning operational workflows and assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Monitoring client accounts for monthly contributions and distributions
- Resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Initiating and tracking client service requests to ensure full resolution

Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong client service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Licensing is not required for this role
Physical Requirements:
