Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning processes for growth marketing including Monthly Reviews, Annual Budget, and Long Range Planning
- Manage customer acquisition models and marketing channel budgets on a daily and monthly basis
- Develop and implement marketing operations best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, merchandising, engineering, and data science teams to define key metrics and targets
- Evaluate and execute strategic projects within Growth Marketing
- Optionally manage and scale a marketing channel
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience relevant to marketing, business, finance, or technology fields
