The Opportunity

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruitment, you will play a necessary part in supporting the QVC Group by identifying and attracting talent to meet our dynamic organizational needs. You will work with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and oversee the interview process. By using your knowledge of best practices, you will guide candidates through a seamless hiring experience, encouraging agreement on the strategic goals of the QVC Group and contributing to our ongoing success.
  • This position is hybrid remote, and located at our West Chester, PA office.

Your Impact

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for corporate functions by prescreening, sourcing and scheduling candidates, and identifying potential future talent pools.
  • Use talent acquisition technology to manage requisitions and analyze hiring trends and improve the recruitment process.
  • Contribute insights on talent market conditions and help to develop best practices alongside senior team members.
  • Leverage online recruiting tools like niche job boards, professional associations, LinkedIn, and university career centers to build a diverse and holistic candidate pipeline aimed at supporting long-term organizational goals.
  • Lead strategic engagement with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop relationships with candidate and hiring manager thar reflect a deeper understanding of organizational culture and future needs.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience of full cycle recruitment.
  • 2+ years experience leading long-term and short-term recruitment projects .
  • 2+ years experience using an ATS, Recruitment CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) or HRIS.
  • 2+ years experience recruiting for corporate functions.
  • 2+ years experience using foundational HR knowledge to guide internal or external clients.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
