- Comfortable public speaking experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Experience with social media for employer branding is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute early talent recruitment strategies in partnership with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Design and implement campus engagement plans including career fairs, info sessions, interviews, and university relationships.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume candidate pipelines from outreach through offer negotiation.
- Oversee and enhance the global internship program experience with activities and feedback.
- Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders including recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Plan and execute medium to large recruiting events and conferences.
- Lead inclusion initiatives and execute branding campaigns across university campuses.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant degree preferred in human resources, business, communications, or related field
