About the role:

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who is interested in learning about specialized regulatory compliance scenarios for life sciences companies.  Reporting into the Digital Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholder teams to help Reed Tech Life Sciences achieve success and growth with regulatory compliance and related analytical-focused SaaS and CaaS solutions. Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Specialist position is responsible for implementing the strategic and tactical communications plans designed to take advantage of market opportunities and generate demand.  This includes creating content for both online and offline communications. This role builds awareness and enhances brand reputation in order to drive interest.  With strong communication and analytical skills, you will measure ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve future campaigns. This role interacts with internal clients to ensure that their objectives are aligned with overall company objectives and are successfully met.  

Requirements:

1.     You’re a strategic doer: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are equally comfortable developing content, staging it on the website and publishing it. You have experience managing website projects end-to-end, including release scheduling, template updates, staging, and publishing key web content. You're also ready to support additional initiatives like blog, product pages, press releases, use cases, and other digital content needs.

2.     You're data-driven and insights-focused: You regularly analyze website performance, run A/B tests, and validate hypotheses to improve digital outcomes. You’re experienced with SEO/SEM, can interpret website traffic data, and spot trends to inform strategy. You're proficient with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Semrush, and Ahrefs—and you use them to make actionable recommendations.

3.     You manage projects with precision: You know how to implement reporting processes, flag risks early, and resolve issues that could hinder digital or content marketing initiatives. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.

4.     You’re hands-on with digital tools: You have experience with WordPress CMS and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. You’ve conducted technical SEO audits, optimized user experience, and improved site performance using tools such as Google search console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Yoast SEO. You understand the importance of metadata, redirects, and other key SEO health metrics.

5.     You’re adaptable and globally minded: You’re comfortable working with international teams and can pivot quickly when priorities shift. You embrace emerging technologies like AI for problem-solving and are proactive, resourceful, and driven to support business growth through digital excellence.

Qualifications 

1.     Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences or related field. 

2.     Minimum of five years’ experience supporting B2B

3.     Self-directed and motivated individual and must have experience in WordPress CMS, basic understanding of the release process, quality assurance and website maintenance.

4.     Authoring content and content marketing experience in the life sciences is preferred.

5.     Knowledge of digital marketing; experience with project management and marketing automation software (such as Hubspot, Salesforce) is a plus.   

6.     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results. 

7.     Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally. 

8.     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.   

9.     Strong organizational and planning skills for effective project management.

10.  Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.
