Responsibilities
- Lead visual creative direction across campaigns, product launches, events, social, and editorial projects.
- Develop brand storytelling frameworks and scalable design systems for consistent customer journey experiences.
- Collaborate with writers, motion designers, strategists, and marketers to deliver integrated creative concepts.
- Direct and mentor designers and junior creatives to elevate creative craft within the team.
- Ensure consistent quality and execution across all creative outputs.
- Evolve the visual identity with fresh, strategic, and bold brand directions.
- Present creative work confidently to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Manage timelines and creative resources in collaboration with producers and project managers.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, art direction, or related fields.
