Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and execution of integrated creative campaigns for global launches and brand initiatives.

- Translate business insights and product innovations into compelling creative solutions.
- Present creative ideas to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
- Manage and guide art directors, designers, and external creative partners from concept through execution.
- Own and evolve Shark Beauty’s global visual identity and design systems.
- Create and maintain design systems, toolkits, and brand guidelines ensuring consistency.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and content teams to align creative with business goals.
Education
