Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for open positions, as well as onboarding new hires. They partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company websites.
Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage communication with candidates.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems.
Support offer negotiation and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Track recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and improve processes.
Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
