We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position is located in our Menlo Park, CA office and requires regular time in the office. In this position, you will play a critical role in our efforts to identify and recruit talented Ph.D. level engineers and scientists for consulting positions within Exponent, as well as non-consulting roles supporting our various teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to many areas of the university recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR worlds. Some of your core job responsibilities will be supporting our many recruiting events, scheduling interviews, owning the reporting of our key metrics, preparing presentations for corporate meetings, and leading recruiting efforts for some of our non-consulting roles. You will play an integral role in facilitating company growth within an international firm.
