Responsibilities
- Provide in-person coverage to skilled nursing facilities within assigned market
- Coordinate medical staffing efforts ensuring optimal coverage
- Resolve clinical concerns and patient care issues promptly
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
- Support medical staff and facility personnel with clinical resources
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Perform miscellaneous clinical operations tasks to improve efficiency
- Ensure timely attendance and reliable transportation for commutes
Education
- Active professional licensure as PA or NP
- DEA license
