Responsibilities
- Maintain books and records of all fund structures and related legal entities including foreign and general partner entities.
- Develop deep understanding of private investing platform, fee structures, and fund mechanics.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and bespoke data reports.
- Review capital calls, distributions, and financial reporting to limited partners.
- Create financial statements and support US GAAP audits and tax filings.
- Respond to limited partner queries and regulatory data requests for authorities including SEC and international regulators.
- Coordinate due diligence questionnaire responses.
- Support adherence to limited partner arrangements and side letter agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external tax preparers.
Education
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from accredited university.
