The Difference You Make:

The Director, Product Management manages the product lifecycle of Santander's solutions, ranging from new product development to increasing the profitability of existing solutions. The incumbent demonstrates a unique blend of leadership, creativity, business judgment, industry knowledge, and execution-oriented thinking. In addition, the Director, Product Management positions predictive analytic-based products and workflow solutions to solve the key challenges facing revenue cycle management executives.

 

  • Drives creation of meaningful product experiences and product value propositions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create business cases for new product value props and lending constructs Collaborates with business leaders and partners to support and help create a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap from concept to launch
  •  Makes decisions and prioritizes products.
  • Work closely with our Digital Product team to provide business requirements direction and prioritization of the "on the glass" customer experience
  • Translates the needs of day-to-day business management teams into business requirements for digital product managers
  • Act as a culture carrier for building for the future and striving for a market leading experience
  • Actively participates in all phases of the process along with cross-functional teams.
  • Escalates and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog.
  • Enables analytics driven decision making to evolve products and usage and own the metrics.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance or equivalent field. - Required.
Master's Degree Business, Finance or equivalent field. - Preferred.

9+ Years Related work experience. - Required.

  • Strong background in banking products and services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle in an Agile framework
  • Strong background in banking products and services.

  • Experience managing the creation of new “on the glass” customer experiences.
  • Comfort being part of a transforming business.
  • Must be adept at aligning stakeholders from different functional teams, with multiple priorities, towards a common vision. Poise and command are key.
  • Metrics‑focused—designing and tracking KPIs to monitor product performance.
  • Excellent strategy communicator—prepares and delivers executive‑level presentations.
  • Comfortable interfacing with risk & compliance and engaging in regulatory discussions.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$116,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$210,000.00 USD
