Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for Finance executives across global time zones.
- Act as main point of contact for finance-related processes including expense management, travel visas, and invoice payments.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including global town halls, vendor meetings, and social events with attention to detail and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistant team to synchronize executive-level meetings and maintain meeting cadences.
- Manage travel arrangements and last-minute itinerary changes for domestic and international trips.
- Support onboarding for new hires, seating plans, and office management in coordination with HR and Facilities.
- Handle confidential communications professionally and independently with discretion.
- Assist with various corporate functions, project management, and personal assistance as required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
