Responsibilities
- Develop internal financial reporting frameworks including KPIs for monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Analyze trends in revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Support mergers and acquisitions with due diligence, data room management, and coordination.
- Build budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss statements by business unit with recommendations.
- Conduct complex financial project analysis and reporting on transaction implications.
- Manage business intelligence tools and dashboards for senior management decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, MBA in finance/accounting, or CFA are advantageous but not required.
