- Strong understanding of cash management and liquidity planning
- Knowledge of BAI codes and banking platforms such as JPMC Access
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with treasury management software (Kyriba) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, ConnectWise)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily cash positioning across global bank accounts
- Support cash forecasting and liquidity analysis to ensure adequate funding
- Manage banking relationships and account administration
- Execute and record intercompany funding transactions and bank transfers
- Maintain accurate cash activity records and reconcile bank accounts
- Support debt compliance, interest payments, and covenant reporting
- Assist with foreign exchange exposure analysis and hedging strategies
- Collaborate with finance teams to align cash flow and treasury matters
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
- Participate in treasury system enhancements and process improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
