Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments across multiple warehouses and regions to meet customer and supplier demands.
- Collaborate with field support and customer service teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Proactively respond to logistical disruptions and escalate issues as needed with leadership.
- Coordinate with national warehouses to ensure customer service levels and targets are met.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing operational support via phone and email.
- Handle order and billing problem resolution related to assigned warehouses.
- Research shipment tracking issues and provide timely feedback and resolutions.
- Communicate internally with business development, sales, integrations, and IT to resolve customer issues.
- Administer and maintain order processes and data using proprietary systems.
- Identify and assist in resolving operational failures and root cause analysis.
- Suggest opportunities for operational improvements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
