Customer Success Specialist

Smart Warehousing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to serve as a crucial liaison between customers, internal departments, and warehouses. This role involves managing shipments, customer support, and maintaining supply chain service levels.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with strong organizational skills.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to fluid and dynamic work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments across multiple warehouses and regions to meet customer and supplier demands.
  • Collaborate with field support and customer service teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Proactively respond to logistical disruptions and escalate issues as needed with leadership.
  • Coordinate with national warehouses to ensure customer service levels and targets are met.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing operational support via phone and email.
  • Handle order and billing problem resolution related to assigned warehouses.
  • Research shipment tracking issues and provide timely feedback and resolutions.
  • Communicate internally with business development, sales, integrations, and IT to resolve customer issues.
  • Administer and maintain order processes and data using proprietary systems.
  • Identify and assist in resolving operational failures and root cause analysis.
  • Suggest opportunities for operational improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
