Acura of Highland Park is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Acura Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team. As an Acura Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing expert guidance and support to customers throughout their service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the service department.
Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their service needs and vehicle issues.
Schedule service appointments and communicate service recommendations to customers based on their vehicle's maintenance requirements.
Provide estimates for service repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance services.
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle's service and any additional repairs needed.
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve any issues to their satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and promote customer loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions in the dealership's database.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust.
Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures, including basic technical terminology.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications used in automotive service departments.
