Senior Data Engineer
Skills
- 5+ years experience in cloud-based data engineering and pipeline development.
- Expertise in SQL data modeling, especially with dbt and technologies like Informatica and Apache Spark.
- Proficient with relational and columnar databases.
- Experience with GitHub CI/CD implementation.
- Experience in event-driven architectures using AWS services.
- Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dbt data models supporting healthcare analytics products.
- Integrate and transform customer data to align with data specifications and pipelines.
- Improve data platform automation, resilience, and pipeline robustness.
- Participate in diagnosing and resolving production data issues as part of an engineering rotation.
- Apply best practices in data testing, observability, and platform stability.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
