Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer (Entry Level) to join our team at our Hazlehurst, GA , manufacturing facility. As part of a high-performance team in a leading technical nonwovens operation, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of our manufacturing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily plant operations by troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment.
- Assist in the design, installation, and optimization of production line equipment.
- Monitor and improve reliability and performance of mechanical systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams including maintenance, production, and quality to drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, drawings, and maintenance plans.
- Support continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (required).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (internships or co-ops included).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, plant-based role.
