Skills
- Strong knowledge of building management and automation systems, HVAC, plumbing, high-power electrical, telecommunications, fire suppression, and generators.
- Experience with facility design software such as Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Navisworks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse team of MEP engineers to ensure uninterrupted service to employees and customers.
- Plan, resource, and execute infrastructure projects to improve process and efficiency.
- Communicate project progress and collaborate with executive leadership and internal teams.
- Oversee trade partners and internal design solutions for mechanical, structural, HVAC, electrical, and water systems.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure subject matter expertise within the team.
- Manage scheduling, forecasting, and career development to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct resource assessments and manage operational and lifecycle costs.
- Oversee preventative maintenance program development and prioritization.
- Foster a team culture receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Track and report key performance indicators like safety, quality, labor trends, and operating expenses.
- Drive cost-saving strategies through spend forecasting and infrastructure cost monitoring.
- Mentor team members to grow capabilities and performance.
- Develop relationships with contractors and key stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related construction industry field.
