Responsibilities
- Serve as the founding product designer owning the full design process from research through execution.
- Drive early discovery and synthesize insights to define clear product opportunities.
- Design user journeys, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces that are accessible, intuitive, and emotionally resonant.
- Develop a lightweight design system to support early product iterations and future scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship MVPs and iterate based on user feedback.
- Partner with clinical experts to ensure product meets needs of mental health users.
- Contribute to strategic product discussions influencing roadmap priorities through a user-centered lens.
- Evangelize design practices and share documentation to maintain alignment across teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or related field.
