Member Growth Performance Marketing Lead

Spring Health is revolutionizing mental healthcare by removing barriers to access through clinically validated technology and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to develop and lead performance marketing campaigns aimed at driving member growth, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize marketing strategies and outcomes.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing across paid search, SEO/SEM, and digital.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in behavioral and personalized marketing tactics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and a bias for action and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns including paid search, SEO/SEM, and digital channels.
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets; iterate strategies based on real-time data.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, BI, and finance teams to align goals and track performance.
  • Forecast spend, track ROI, and report on budget utilization with operations and finance teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging performance marketing tools and best practices, especially in healthtech and regulated industries.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
