We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive leadership team. The CRO will be responsible for aligning and driving all revenue-generating departments, including sales, marketing, customer success, and business development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in scaling revenues, building cross-functional strategies, and driving sustainable growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Develop and execute the company’s revenue strategy to meet or exceed business growth goals.
  • Continuously evolve the company’s brand strategy in response to market trends and creative opportunities.
  • Lead and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams under one cohesive revenue strategy.
  • Analyze and optimize the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention to drive predictable and scalable revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships, ensuring that their needs are understood and supported.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure departments are meeting objectives and revenue efficiency.
  • Championing a data-driven culture to evaluate the performance and impact of growth initiatives.
  • Build, coach, and scale high-performing revenue generating teams.
  • Represent the revenue organization in board meetings, company presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Leverage industry subject-matter experts and external networks to maintain knowledge of the latest sales technologies, best practices & benchmarks.
  • Gain alignment between parties with negotiation skills to achieve business results and creating win-win outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.


10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, or revenue management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.


Deep understanding of manufacturing sales cycles, contract negotiations, and channel management.


Proven record of driving revenue growth and building high-performance commercial teams.


Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.


Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication with the ability to build and maintain relationships.


Requires the knowledge of and ability to use computers, phones and calculators, intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office suite


Ability to travel as needed to support national and international customers as well as business development efforts.
