Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing teams in Accounting, Procurement, Treasury, and Tax.
- Collaborate with executives to align financial operations with company goals.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting per US GAAP.
- Manage preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Collaborate on contract evaluation and accounting treatment with Sales, Legal, and FP&A.
- Provide strategic oversight of procurement and vendor management.
- Lead cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and capital structure strategy.
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and planning, managing external advisors.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA required.
- MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
